FILIPINO 2454 AIRSOFT GAMES

BY –LAWS



ARTICLE I – NAME

The name of this organization shall be FILIPINO 2454 AIRSOFT GAMES, a non-profit mutual benefit group based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

ARTICLE II – PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The purpose of this organization is to promote and advance friendly relations between and among persons connected with FILIPINO 2454 AIRSOFT GAMES and other organizations of similar character; to encourage and advancement of its members; and to assist members through their officers, to secure the utmost in an efficient and successful game.
OBJECTIVES
a. To advance the sport of airsoft and to assist individual members and their organizations;
b. To effectively communicate with members, government, news media, airsoft retailers and the general public, and provide a liaison between theses entities;
c. To assist in providing safe and pleasant events and locations for the enjoyment of our sport;
d. To encourage high ethical standards in dealing with fellow members and others, and assist in providing a fair and impartial forum for the resolution of disputes between members or others as they pertain to airsoft;
e. To interpret and report on changing social, government and economic conditions affecting the organization and the sport of airsoft;
f. To recruit and retain members and to manage the organizations in a manner that will effectively represent the views of its members;
g. To foster appropriate relations with other organizations this will contribute to the objectives of the airsoft industry and the organization’s members.
h. To disseminate information related to sport of airsoft and the airsoft industry.

ARTICLE III – DEFINITIONS


Section 1: AIRSOFT: The hobby of collecting realistic, non-lethal, shooting replicas of actual firearms either for display or for the purposes of skirmishing in friendly competition.

Section 2: HISTORY. The sport of Airsoft started in Japan during the early 1980s. It was illegal to own firearms in Japan but there was a significant interest in them, so a company started producing spring-powered replicas of firearms that fired 6mm, plastic BB (Bullet Balls). There are some people who insist that Airsoft originated from the early days of paintball, when there were paintball gun that fired .22 caliber paintballs, but we will not delve into that subject. During the latter part of the 1980s the sport migrated to neighboring countries such as Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, and the Philippines. Airsoft started appearing in North America and Europe during the middle of the 1990s but it is only during the last 2-3 years that the sport started thriving in these venues.

Section 3: THE AEG. This is essentially what attracts players into the sport. Airsoft guns are 1:1 scale replicas of actual firearms that fire 6mm, round, plastic pellets commonly called as "BBs"(BULLET BALLS) which are propelled out of the gun by compressed air. In most cases, Airsoft guns mimic the looks and functionality of its real-steel counterpart. By that, I mean Airsoft guns look, feel, weigh, and functions similar to the actual firearm. Often, the only way you can tell apart a "real steel" firearm and an airsoft gun is when you pull that trigger.
There are 3 major types of Airsoft gun: Automatic Electric Guns (AEGs), Gas-Powered and Spring-Powered.
The most popular of the 3 types is the Automatic Electric Gun. The creation of the AEG is partly responsible for airsoft's "boom" during the late 1990s. Basically, an AEG is powered by an on-board Ni-Cad battery (similar to hobby R/C Cars), which operates a motor that turns gears inside the gun to compress and release a piston, which in turn creates the blast of air needed to propel the 6mm BB through the barrel of the gun. This system allows the gun to efficiently generate the power needed to support the fully-automatic features of most AEGs and the result is a realistic Rate-Of-Fire (ROF) of anywhere from 600 - 900 Rounds-Per-Minute (RPM), once again mimicking the capabilities of real steel firearms. This is the airsoft gun of choice for most skirmish veterans. The reigning king of the AEG manufacturers is, undisputedly, Tokyo Marui of Japan, due to its high-quality construction and an immense number of after-market support and upgrades for its gun. Though, at an average price of $300 for an AEG, it is far from being cheap, but is worth every penny that you invest on it.
Another popular type of an Airsoft gun is the gas-powered. While there are several types of gas-powered airsoft guns, the most popular are the Gas-Blowback gun (GBBs). The GBB allows a realistic, semi-automatic firing of the gun by employing either an on-board or magazine-stored gas storage system. Basically, the same compressed air that propels the BB out of the bore is harnessed to cycle the slide back (hence: blowback). This creates the realistic "recoil" by cycling the slide/upper receiver back-and-forth while firing the gun. This system gives the hand-held gun the capability to empty a magazine as fast as you can pull the trigger, and just as easily reload the gun by inserting a fresh magazine. Needless to say, this feature holds tremendous appeal for the "simulationist".
And finally the spring-powered Airsoft gun, Spring-thingying aegs are true to their name in that you thingy the spring first, and then fire. thingy spring, fire, thingy, fire, thingy, fire, etc. These guns are usually magazine fed and semi-automatic, but they must be hand-thingyed after every shot. This system is very cost-effective, and the guns are surprisingly sturdy. Every airsofter, in his lifetime, has owned at least one spring-powered gun, either a pistol or a rifle. Due to its relatively cheap price-range, this is usually the gun of choice for the bogey just starting to play airsoft.



ARTICLE IV – INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM MEMBERSHIP, VOTING


Section 1: ELIGIBILITY: A bogey who at the time of applying for membership, is defined as an airsoft player who is at least 18 years old and above with the following requirements:
a. He/she must submit a clear photocopy of passport with valid 2454 resident visa
b. He/she must submit a clear photocopy of labor card
c. He/she must submit 3 2x2 colored pictures
d. Accomplished organizational forms (membership, waiver)
e. He/she must have no derogatory records with the local police force.

Section 2: LEVELS OF MEMBERSHIP AND STATUS. This organizational shall have two (2) levels of status of membership. Classification of status and level of membership shall be described as follows:
a. GUEST STATUS. Guest status is not a membership. A Guest is defined as a non-member who is invited to participate in the group’s activities at the sole discretion and explicit invitation of the group members. An invitation to play can only be extended by a Full Member with the approval of the group’s Chairman. The Guest shall pay no dues or other financial obligations aside from any admission and rental fees, and has no rights regarding issues of operation or functions of the organization.
b. FULL MEMBER. Defined as Member of the group who has full rights, privileges, and financial obligations. A Full Member has the right and privilege to invite guests, and has a full vote on issues concerning the organization. Consideration for this status shall be through nomination from a Full Member, as well fulfillment of certain time/play criteria with the group. Acceptance to this status would be through vote of full membership.

Section 3: VOTING. This organization shall have one level status of voting associated with full membership.
a. GUEST STATUS. This status is not considered a membership and confers no rights regarding the vote over issues of operation or function of the organization.
b. FULL MEMBER. This level of membership offers full rights and privileges. The Full Member is conferred a single, full vote for issues concerning the organization.

Section 4: PENALTIES FOR NON-PAYMENT. Any members who fail in paying his one time membership fee and 3 successive game fees shall be dropped from the rolls of the organization; and the treasurer shall notify the member of this action at the last known address shown on the records of the organization.

Section 5: REINSTATEMENT. Any member who has forfeited membership in accordance with Section 4 of Article IV may only be reinstated after full payment of administrative fee. Non-compliance for a period of 3 months will result in total forfeiture of membership.

Section 6: SUSPENSION AND EXPULSION. A member may be suspended for a specified or an indefinite period of time, or may be expelled, for cause, including, but not limited to, violations of these Bylaws or the organization’s Code of Ethics. Such expulsion or suspension shall require the vote of two-thirds of the total members of the officers following a hearing. A member who is involved shall be given a notice of time, type and place of the incident and may appear at the meeting to present defenses to the charges.

Section 7: TEAM MEMBERSHIP. The FILIPINO 2454 AIRSOFT GAMES acknowledges the BISDAK FORCES, BWELTA FORCE, DELTA DAGGERS, DELTA MEDICS, DESERT VIPERS, and SAF as bonafide, legitimate and pioneering teams.

Section 8: FILIPINO 2454 AIRSOFT GAMES shall accept team membership from any Filipino group airsoft enthusiasts in the UAE. Newly formed airsoft teams shall be considered as provisional team upon direct consultation with the officers. Full team membership shall be attained if:
a. The new team shall bind, promulgate and follow the Filipino 2454 Airsoft Games Bylaws.
b. Received two-thirds of vote from all the members and officers.
c. Join group events for a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 consecutive plays.


ARTICLE V – DUES AND FEES


Section 1: The Officers shall determine what administrative fee, if any, new members shall pay. There shall be no exemptions for paying the administrative fee.

Section 2: DUES. All dues shall become payable by the members upon registration and on every games scheduled.
a. All applications for membership shall be accompanied by a one time remittance of 75AED – 100AED. Upon completion of membership, the new member shall be given an organizational patch, ID card, and a prescribed t-shirt.
b. A collectible of 5AED shall be enforced on every game scheduled to cover-up group’s expenses and future projects.

ARTICLE VI – OFFICERS


Section1: ELIGIBILITY. All officers shall be chosen from membership and must be active members in good standing.

Section 2: The officers of the organization shall be the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relation Officer, Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders. Such officers shall be elected at each Annual Meeting.

Section 3: CHAIRMAN. The Chairman shall be the highest elected officer and accountable for its group’s affair. The Chairman shall preside all general meetings; shall be a voting member and decides questions of order; shall have the authority to sign all papers and other documents that may require signature by the organization.
a. The Chairman may appoint representatives from the active members as deemed necessary to provide for coordination of team members.
b. The Chairman will be elected at an annual meeting and shall hold office for one (1) year and half at which time a new election for chairman shall he held.

Section 4: VICE-CHAIRMAN. The Vice-Chairman shall have the same authority as the Chairman as stated in Section 3 of Article VI, in case of inability of the Chairman to perform the duties of the office. In case of a vacancy occurring in the office of the chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall assume full duties of the Chairman until the next annual voting meeting, at which time a new Chairman, may be elected. The Vice-Chairman shall have the authority to sign all papers and other documents that may require signature by the organization.
a. The Vice-Chairman will be elected at an annual meeting and shall hold office for one (1) year and half at which time a new election for Vice-Chairman shall he held.

Section 5: SECRETARY. The Secretary is the elected officer of the organization who shall be responsible for the administrative affairs of the association. The primary areas of responsibility involve correspondence, and record keeping. The Secretary shall supervise the recording of minutes of all meetings of the group, and have them kept in a permanent file. The Secretary is also required to see all the provisions of the Bylaws are accurately and faithfully administered by the Chairman. The Secretary shall supervise the use of group’s seal and maintain vigilance of all books, documents and papers belonging to the organization.
a. The Secretary will be elected at an annual meeting and shall hold office for one (1) year and half at which time a new election for Secretary shall he held.

Section 6: TREASURER. The Treasurer is the elected officer of the organization who shall be responsible for fiscal affairs of the group. The Treasurer is responsible, with the chairman, and consent of the active members to see that any excess group’s funds are safely invested. The Treasurer shall audit all bills and accounts rendered to the organization; see that accurate records are kept which reflect true accounting of the group’s fiscal affairs; make a report to the members regarding the affairs of his/her office, be responsible for all monies of the group and monitor the receipt and disbursements of such funds. The treasurer also has authority to sign all papers and other documents that may require signature by the organization, which signature shall be attested by the chairman or the vice-chairman under the group’s seal.
a. The Treasurer will be elected at an annual meeting and shall hold office for one (1) year and half at which time a new election for Secretary shall he held.

Section 7: PUBLIC RELATION-OFFICER. The Public Relation-Officer is the elected officer of the organization who shall be responsible for efficient, effective and high quality organizational publicity and public relations service. The PRO shall also be responsible in production of external and internal organizational communications and gives advice and guidelines to the Chairman on promotional initiatives.
a. The Public Relation Officer will be elected at an annual meeting and shall hold office for one (1) year and half at which time a new election for PRO shall he held.

Section 8: TEAM LEADERS/ASSISTANT TEAM LEADERS. The Team Leaders/Assistant Team Leaders are the appointed officer of every team duly recognized and attested by the Chairman and other officers. They shall be responsible for building a team into a cohesive and supportive team, organizing and helping the team to work effectively as a group. Team Leaders/Assistant Team Leaders are directly responsible for their members and serves as Sergeant-at Arms as well. The Assistant Team Leaders shall have the same functions as the Team Leaders and shall be the acting Team Leader in case of the absence of the latter.
a. the Team Leaders/Assistant Team Leaders will be chosen, appointed by designated team members and shall hold indefinite term of office as necessary

Section 9: MEETINGS. Regular meeting of the officers and members shall be held at such time and places as they may by resolution decide. The chairman or the secretary may call regular meetings. Special meetings may be called at anytime in the same manner as regular.

[center]ARTICLE VII – AREAS OF PLAY AND EVENTS[/center]

Section 1: Airsoft shall not be played on public property, such as public or state parks, schoolyards, shopping malls, parking lots, etc. Brandishing an airsoft replica in public is strictly prohibited by the organization and a member can be charged and prosecuted.

Section 2: All airsoft events of any type held on commercial property shall have first receive written consent from the landowner and inform local law enforcement prior to the event. Boundaries for the event should be clearly marked for players, and when appropriate, surrounding neighbors should be notified of the event.

Section 3: Posting of major group events shall be done only by the officers and team leaders as agreed upon during their meeting. Any team wish to conduct their own events/drills for the purpose of enhancing their group skills is permissible at all times. Events such as these shall be posted on their assigned board forum. In any case, teams wish to conduct their own events/drills other than their regular venues such outskirt areas and other emirates need to inform the officers ahead of time.

Section 4: Residential and private property owners shall use their highest discretion when airsoft replicas are used on their property, in order to maintain a fun, safe environment for everyone involved. High-risk areas, like front yards, highly populated communities, areas near roads, and the like should be avoided for the safety of neighbors, passersby, and law enforcement.

Section 5: FIELD COURTESY In nearly all cases, the organization’s area of play is not its own domain. Members and officers shall observe the followings:

a. Remove all gears and trash from the field and parking area before departing.
b. Intentional destruction of structures and plant-life is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE VIII – FIELD AND SAFETY RULES


Section 1: The following rules are for the safety of the players. Those who are unable to follow these rules shall be considered unsafe players and shall not be welcome at future games and events.

a. Everybody who plays shall know the rules and obey them. If there are any unclear matters, ask the organizers. In some games, there may be additional rules. In such cases these additional rules are told before the game.
b. All weapons shall have a Barrel Blocker or the magazine removed as an extra precaution when the weapon isn't in use.
c. All players, observers (if applicable) and judges (if applicable) shall be using appropriate safety goggles in the game and in the vicinity of a game. The game organizers must approve all goggles. DO NOT remove goggles during an ongoing game. All goggles shall fit snugly against the wearer’s face and should not move during play. It is forbidden to shoot at someone without goggles. A full mask is not required. All eye protection use shall be approved using the following criteria:
I. All eye protection must be ANSI 87.1 1989 Rated OR tested. This test shall require the eye protection be shot at point blank range with a rifle shooting at FPS limit (Currently 500FPS w/. 2 bbs).
II. All eye protection must not have any gaps between the lens/frame and the face large enough to allow a 6MM BB to pass. If the eye protection is not FULL SEALING (meaning NO gaps between the face and lens/frame) then application of this rule is up to the presiding member's discretion.
III. FULL SEALING ANSI RATED eye protection is STRONGLY recommended, and is the only form of eye protection that can be guaranteed to be allowed. If you show up with any other form of eye protection, you take the risk of not being able play.

d. To aim for the head is not allowed, unless the target only shows those parts.
e. To restrain another player, via gear, cloth or other is not allowed, unless that bogey agrees to it. The only exception is a light tap anywhere on the body. This is considered to be a "knife kill". A "Knife Kill" means that the player has been eliminated with a knife.
f. Fireworks, pyrotechnics and similar devices are only allowed to produce safe effects, as smoke, light and sound and they will have to pass inspection before the game.
g. All players shall observe "No fire" zones at all times. Active players are not allowed to be in "No Fire" zones or shoot in/over them. Watch the game area’s borders.
h. All pointblank shots should be avoided. If it is necessary, try and aim at legs and lower body. Shooting at eliminated players, non-players and judges are forbidden.
i. Do not fire in the dead pool (or designated "safe-zones") or through it. If you must test fire your replica, take it into the hot-zone and fire it there.
j. All replicas in dead pool or safe-zones have magazine out, safety on, muzzle cap fixed. Sidearm should be holstered and on safe.
k. Do not point your replica at anyone unless you are involved in a game on the battlefield and intend to shoot him or her.
l. Do not fire at any bogey without proper eye protection.
m. Wildlife: No firing at or near wildlife or domestic animals is allowed.
n. Remove all of your gear and trash from the field when you leave.
o. Alcohol & Drugs: No alcohol or drugs are allowed in the game areas and individuals deemed to be intoxicated will not be allowed to play.
p. Offensive Behavior: Verbal abuse, violence, swearing, obscene gestures or any other behavior that is offensive to others will not be tolerated.
q. Final Authority: The Game Masters instructions must be obeyed at all times and their decisions are final.
r. Gun Control: Firing of aeg is only allowed in the designated testing area, target ranges and game areas.
s. Discharging of a gun (including blank shots) in proximity to the car park, eating area any part of the village or over the games area boundaries is strictly prohibited.

Section 2: STANDARD FPS LIMITS: Chronographs are used before games to test all replicas present. Any replicas that test too high shall not be allowed in play. No exceptions shall be made; the following engagement rules must be obeyed at all times (FPS measured with 0.2 gram BBs):
I. 0-350fps (1.14 joules): CQB/Indoor, Full Auto, no minimum engagement distance.
II. 350-399fps (1.48 joules): Full Auto, 25 feet minimum engagement distance.
III. 400-449fps (1.87 joules): Semi Auto only, 50 feet minimum engagement distance.
IV. 450-500fps (2.32 joules): Semi Auto only, 75 feet minimum engagement distance.

This means that if you are using a replica that chronos between 350-399 FPS. Then you may NOT, under any circumstance, fire upon someone within 25'. You may attempt to "Surrender" them, but if they refuse to surrender, you still may NOT fire upon them. In the spirit of good sportsmanship, it is encouraged that if you are capitulated by someone with an upgraded replica within the minimum engagement limit, you honor that surrender. Replica's that are upgraded with the intention of being in the 350-399 FPS range will be allowed a 5% tolerance on a case by case basis. Replica's that are upgraded with the intention of being in the 450-500FPS ranges will be allowed a 2% tolerance on a case-by-case basis.

Section 3: NIGHT GAMES/CQB REQUIREMENTS:
a. Weapons maximum energy can not exceed 1.14J (350FPS with 0.2 grams BB)
b. During night games, an operable flashlight must be carried with you at all times.
c. It is strongly recommend carrying a Flashlight with minimum 60 lumens output.
d. Use of Night Vision system allowed but use at your own risk (possible phototube damages).

ARTICLE IX – RULES OF ENGAGEMENT


Section 1: HITS & OUTS

a. Anyone hit by a BB is hit and out.
b. If you are "hit" during a game:
I. Immediately yell, "HIT!" as loud as you can,
II. Place an orange or bright red bandana over your head,
III. Walk back to the designated dead pool with the bandana clearly visible at all times. (Any rag, bandana, shirt, or bright cloth of the correct color is acceptable).
IV. Hold your replica in a non-threatening manner, do not fire, and do not talk or interact with other players who are still active in the game.

c. Ricochet BBs do not count as hits.
d. Hits to your replica do not count as hits.
e. When in doubt about a hit, call yourself out.

Section 2: CQB/INDOOR PLAY. All players who participate in CQB shall understand that they will be engaging targets anywhere from 25 feet to even 5 feet away and because of that they may take painful hits. The organization recommends full masks, long sleeves, long pants, gloves, and hats/helmets are worn for CQB to avoid welts or breaking the skin. "Safety Kill" rules are not used for CQB, however players may surrender if they wish at any time to the opposing force to leave game play without any harm.

Section 3: SAFETY KILLS.
When a member is too close in range to be comfortable taking a shot, he/she can call out "SAFETY KILL" on the player in his/her sights. Any clean shots with no cover fewer than 30 feet are good candidates for safety kills. Do not call it unless the kill is already a given. Always honor safety kills when they are called on you just like honoring a "HIT". Safety kills can only be called on one individual at a time, not on entire groups. "SAFETY KILL" must be said loudly, as to simulate actually firing. Silence can only be maintained if you can tag the other player out. You must be able to point your replica and call "SAFETY KILL" on every bogey if there is more than one.

Section 4: SNIPER SAFETY. Anyone acting as a sniper with an upgraded bolt action rifle over 400 fps (1.5j) shall carry a sidearm that can be used alternately when engaging targets closer than about 60 feet. If he/she have no sidearm and find you too close to the opposing force, you may either a) call a safety kill, b) wait until they move to a safe range or c) relocate to a safe range. Do not fire at targets closer than 60 feet.

Section 5: BLIND MAN. This is called whenever a non-player enters the battlefield, or when a player enters the battlefield without eye protection. All players are expected to echo”blind man” so that everyone on the field hears it, and upon hearing it each player is expected to sit down and wait until "Game on" is called to continue the game. If necessary, game coordinators will explain the game to the non-participants.

Section 6: VIOLATION OF RULES. In reference to all sections of Articles VIII and IX; violations shall be categorized in three (3) sections:

a. In-game rule violation. When an In Game Rule Violation occurs, which can be anything from a safety violation, to physical contact, or a gross misuse or an airsoft weapon, the Observer Controller will forward a verbal report immediately to the Safety Coordinator (S/C) for the day, which will have ability to perform one of three things:
i. Make an on the spot correction if the infraction is not a serious one, and issue a verbal warning
ii. Take the prospective player out of the game completely If the infraction was in fact serious, or if previous warnings did not affect a positive outcome
iii. The S/C can suspend privileges for that player on the spot.

b. Gear Violation. A gear violation is defined as any participant not having the mandated safety equipment before or during a game. If a Safety Coordinator finds a member not adhering to the gear requirements , the S/C shall:
I. Issue a written warning.
II. If the infraction continues, the S/C will then suspend any and all future privileges for that player immediately, remove the player from the game.

Section 6: CHEATING. Honor and sportsmanship are expected at all times. Cheating is grounds for immediate ejection from the game and ban from the field. This goes for velocity limits, ammo rules, calling you out on the field, etc. Airsoft is a game of honor. Cheating shall not be tolerated. This is a one-strike policy. If you are caught not calling hits, you will be called out and/or ejected from the field.

Section 7: EMERGENCY. A mobile phone shall always be available to call emergency services in the event of an accident and there is a comprehensive first aid kit provided on site as well as qualified first-aiders being available.


ARTICLE X – TRANSPORTATION AND LAW ENFORCEMENT RULE


Section 1: All airsoft replicas shall be transported in a hard case with use of a lock. Magazines, clips, and ammunition shall be stored separately. If a hard case is not available, a lockable fabric carry case is the next preferred choice. Again, ammunition and magazines should be stored separately, not in or on the case. If neither of the first two choices is available, the original box shall be used, with magazines and ammunition stored separately. Never transport airsoft replica without appropriate containment and consult regarding the transportation of firearms, for the safest method(s) of transporting your equipment. A red or orange flash hider, barrel cover/plug, or painted barrel shall be present on the airsoft replica when being transported. It is a must that the airsoft rifle/pistol shall be used for sporting activities in designated and authorized places only.

Section 2: This is a potentially dangerous situation, and is treated as if law enforcement agents don't know airsoft game is on progress. All players are expected to walk to the dead pool in plain sight, either with their aeg over their head or leaving their aeg in the field. Upon reaching the dead pool each player shall place his replica with his gear and gather in a group at least 20 feet from the gear. This shall provide safety by comforting the officers by removing any equipment that appears threatening to them. Game play shall not commence until the group explained the situation and are allowed to continue.

ARTICLE XI – CONFLICTS AND DISPUTES


Section 1: ARTICLES VS. BYLAWS. In case of any conflict between the individual articles and these By-laws, the Articles shall control.
Section 2: POLICIES VS. BYLAWS. In case of any conflict between the individual policies and these By-laws, the policies shall control.

ARTICLE XII – AMENDMENTS


Section 1: PROCEDURE. The incumbent organization officers in one of two methods may amend these Bylaws. The officers may consider amendments after approval by majority vote in a meeting by a majority quorum of the members, or direct adoption by the officers after a unanimous vote of the officers.

Section 2: RECORDS OF AMENDMENTS. Whenever an amendment or a new Bylaw is adopted, it shall be added in the appropriate place in the organization’s meeting records. If any new By-laws repeal any portion of these original By-laws, either the date of the meeting at which the By-laws or portion thereof was repealed or the date written consent was filed with the officers shall be stated therein.

ARTICLE XIII – DISSOLUTION

In the event of the dissolution of the organization, after paying or making provision for the payment of all liabilities and obligations of the organization, the officers shall distribute all assets of the group exclusively for religious, charitable, educational and sci
