ATTENTION ALL 2454 Enlisted Personnel:

PENALTY SYSTEM IS NOW IN EFFECT


5 black points - Dishonesty / Not acknowledging hits
3 black points - Hit Calling / Confronting dishonest player during and after a game
3 black points - Deadman tells no tales / Coaching during a game
2 black points - Blind Firing(firing an AEG above the players head of away from the body)
5 black points - Mask or Goggle removal during game play
2 black points - Arguing with designated marshals decision
3 black points - Deliberate firing on a player who already acknowledged a hit
5 black points - Use of indecent word/insults and obscene hand gesture to another player/marshals
5 black points - Quarrels / Physical contact during arguments during and after game
5 black points - Wearing complete BDU/loadout outside the designated game site
5 black points - Displaying of AEG in public (any part of the AEG, including improper/original package)

Accumulation of 20 black points will lead to (will be recorded for a year):

FIRST OFFENSE
Two (2) weeks banned from the gamesite (2Tuesday & 2Friday games – whole team)- any further accumulation of penalty points will lead to Second offense.

SECOND OFFENSE
One (1) month banned from the gamesite (4 Tuesdays & 4 Fridays – whole team)
- any further accumulation of penalty points will lead to Third offense.

THIRD OFFENSE
Permanent ban from any 2454/EAF gamesite/s.

NOTE:

a. Once black points have been recorded on a team, movement/shifting of players will not be allowed until a year has passed and all black points are cleared from their record. Therefore prior to implementation of the above stated rules if majority agrees, each team must submit their official players list to the 2454 secretary
- new players/recruits can be added on to the official list at anytime, even if with black points accumulated.

b.Penalty will be applied to the whole team, and must be witnessed by another marshal of 2454 officer, so in this matter individual players up to the team leader will be responsible for each team enlisted personnel.
